I highly recommend Saltitude I am a HUGE fan (I am at the cave least once a week or more) to destress from the week or attend one of the many events they offer. The Saltitude cave is an amazing relaxation experience like no other. As soon as you walk into Saltitude you are greeted by one of the owners either PJ, Casey or Steve with the most warming and inviting smiles and you Instantly feel welcomed and at peace. The Himalaya salt cave itself is an amazing work of art which offers such a wonderful comforting, relaxing, meditation state for you and your mind. Please treat yourself to this wonderful experience because you deserve it

I was so excited to hear about this amazing place opening up! I went soon after they opened and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember. I have been meditating for years and always looking for new ways to do it. I never heard of halo therapy before but I figured I should give it a go. The establishment is super clean, welcoming, relaxing, and I love the little chill area in the back with snacks and drinks! It was very useful when I needed to sit and come back to reality slowly. The salt room is just fabulous and comfy. I was able to obtain a very high meditative state of mind here! Honestly, I was worried about the whole room sharing thing but I quickly forgot about it. I can't wait to come back!

My first experience at Saltitude was last night for my SIL Zen Intentions yoga event and it was nothing short of magical. You feel the vibes as soon as you walk in and the cave was amazing! Can’t wait to go back again. If you haven’t been to Saltitude yet I suggest you put it on your list. You won’t be disappointed

My time in the salt cave today was very relaxing. When you walk in you can feel the calm and welcoming vibes right away. The cave itself is calm and cozy and the chairs and blankets help make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs some relaxation in their life or a positive environment to spend some time in. It’s also run by a friendly, great family!!

My dad and I had an amazing and relaxing experience this past Saturday at Saltitude. The owners are friendly, informative, and inviting. They shared with us our story and how they fell in love with meditation and halo-therapy. Can't wait to come back and refer others to support this wonderful and unique new zen and cozy cave on front street!!!

This place is wonderful!

I am not one to relax easily and I had my doubts... but the 45 minutes in cave did relax me - and quickly too. Not a nervous giggle in sight and the time just flew by! The chairs were comfy, the music non-intrusive and it was so nice to be away from my "electronics'. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our family went to the cave for the first time on Saturday afternoon. We all felt refreshed and rejuvenated after our session. It was great family time! We can't wait to go back!

Reasonable pricing, clean and really pretty inside.The owners have such great energy and are so pleasant and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. I loove this place! Kid-friendly and very welcoming. It's definitely an odd experience to unplug and not be looking at a screen for an hour or so. It is very hard to relax my 6-year-old, but this worked! I would go every day if I could. 10/10
